Worker was removing a piece of flat bar from a section that was positioned in a way to keep the specific piece stable. There was a come along attached to the subsection of the unit to prevent any movement however the position of the come along was to an adjacent area rather than an overhead anchor point thus still allowing movement from the section being worked on. As the worker went to remove the piece of flat bar the weight of the subsection hit the worker on top of his hard hat causing him to fall backwards to the ground and feel dizzy.
