running the assembly press putting end items onto steel driveshaft.

EE states that on [REDACTED] or [REDACTED] (they could not remember) they were lifting a single 4 inch steel driveshaft from a rolldown. (Part approximately 30lb rolldown above waist below shoulders just below center of chest) As they lifted the single part they state they felt pain in their wrist which remained (but dulled) for [REDACTED] after. Employee filled out an incident report with EHS and the workstation was reviewed with the employee demonstrating how the parts are handled with the load close to the body less than 45 degree twist no excessive bends to the wrist. Employee was sent to the clinic for evaluation and released with OTC pain medication and no restriction. On [REDACTED] the employee returned to the clinic for pain in the wrist and was given a rigid brace and work restrictions.
