Employee states they were sitting in a camping chair they brought to work during a scheduled break.

EE states that they were sitting on their line during the scheduled lunch break (in a camping chair which they had brought to work from home) they stood up from a seated position and took a single step down with their foot and immediately rolled their ankle falling to the floor. The employee states they were unable to put any weight on the ankle supervisors called an ambulance for the employee to take them to the ER for evaluation of the injury. Employee returned to work [REDACTED] hours [REDACTED] on crutches no fractures were present in the X-Ray. Due to employee being recommended crutches they began lost time accumulation for the injury until such a time that crutches were not necessary and they could return to work.
