injured failed to follow several posted protocols. 1) wore leather gloves during process and failed to use the provided gloves that are insulated and rubber pvc coated that provide much better protection 2) opened tank full bleeder valve too much causing excess propane to spurt out when the tank was full. 3) did not use a tool to close the bleeder 4) failed to bleed the filler line that connects to the tank after filling. 5) failed to wiggle the connection after while disconnecting.
