What happened
[REDACTED] [REDACTED] was dropping off a lot package for a customer he was walking and he said he stumbled over a rock and it twisted his knee. He texted me yesterday after I was off work asking me to clock him out because his knee was hurting so bad. When I saw the message I asked how he was doing and he said he was going to an emergency room to get his knee looked at because he couldn 't walk on it. He didn 't come into work today due to this I was wondering what steps we need to take next on this one.
