Before the incident
Employee was working to reset all QA test stations after a preplanned power outage during the holiday shutdown As she was walking through the Consumer department walking toward the QA test station on line 256 she walked next to a dragline cart with corrugated bundles on it As she walked forward she turned to say Hi to an employee working in the area and did not notice green straps from the corrugated bundles on the floor in her walking path Employees feet became entangled in the strapping and she fell forward to the floor landing on her left knee and left elbow Employee sought medical treatment for her sore elbow at Urgent Care [REDACTED]
