Before the incident
Employee was driving the bobtail and was in charge of delivering empty [REDACTED]s to UPS. EE attempted to connect the tongue of the [REDACTED] dolly to his bobtail.
What happened
EE was attempting to connect the tongue of the ULD dolly to his bobtail that he was driving. EE did was solo and did not center the eye of the tongue to the hitch of the bobtail. He attempted to uses his legs to shift the tongue over so he could secure the dolly to the hitch. It appeared that while EE 's kneecap was pressed against the bobtail he pushed off the tongue and back end of the bobtail with his knee and dislocated his patella.
