He had just finished stack product on two wheeler came down the ramp and was entering the customers facility

was making a delivery he was walking into subway door and twisted and his lower back popped and he dropped off the delivery and when he went on the truck and began picking up cases he felt a stain in his back and when he went back into subway he felt more strain and he went back into the truck to pick up pallets and the pallets was heavy and he felt a sharp pain in his lower back
