Before the incident

Prior to the incident the EE was I was performing lansing functions I have to pick up two manifolds I have to put the manifolds into a machine that punches holes in the manifolds I take the punctured manifolds out of the machine and walk them to the next machine The next machine puts separators inside the manifold I take the same manifold and walk it to a third machine I put the manifolds into the third machine press a button and the machine compresses the manifold When I am done with the last step I have to walk around and start the procedure over again It is very repetitious
