What happened

[REDACTED] felt pain on left shoulder [REDACTED] was pulling a bag of soy bits from the pallet and the about to fell down and caught with left hand under the bag and start to hurt initially [REDACTED] didnt think it was serious and think it was a normal sore when [REDACTED] went home starts to feel bad pain when [REDACTED] come back to work after two days still felt the pain. [REDACTED] request for a checkup Safety Manager edit for clarity: Employee reported pain in the shoulder on [REDACTED] for injury that occurred on [REDACTED]. Reported cause was employee stopping catching a bag of soy bits from falling off a pallet. Employee experienced pain immediately. Employee did not consider the pain to be serious. When the employee went home after his shift the pain intensified. Employee had the following shift off (6 14) due to FMLA and reported the injury and pain the third day ([REDACTED]) at the end of his shift.
