at HLD Research Lab in [REDACTED] making a pick up and wasmoving freight around to get a load he had to take back to the SVC out of the way. [REDACTED] states that the freight was close together so he couldn 't use his pallet jack so he was just pushing it by hand. [REDACTED] states that as he was pushing a pallet of Water tank supplies from [REDACTED] he felt and heard a pop in his left calf. [REDACTED] stated he tried to stretch it out and it didn 't seem to help and it became very painful.

AE stated it was not bruised but there is some swelling.
