Was at the dock by dock door 84 and a co worker was taking one pallet from one trailer to another so AE got off the lift to help assist as it was so large.

[REDACTED] was holding the sign up while the other on the forklift. This sign is like one of the large open signs that you put in front of a store and it had 2 by 4s around it to protect the sign from damage. Not sure what happened maybe the forklift driver hit something then the sign started to fall so [REDACTED] went to run but his RT hand was still caught by two by fours. RT hand was caught between two by fours on the sign. Laid on the ground for a bit as his hand bent all the way backwards.
