Employee was struck in the mouth while attempting to lift the clamp on the pressure board at the [REDACTED]. The employee suffered a cut to the inside of her mouth and after a visit to the physician it was determined that no stitches were needed. The employees was given a tetanus booster and a prescription for an anti-biotic. Employee was not put on any type of restricted duty nor was there any lost time
