What happened

fell slid with rolling chair forward chair came up and on top of me as i fell down to the ground the chair and my head chin went into my chest i was on the floor for about 30 mins until able to get up i was walked to Urgent care who then sent me to the ER for x ray no Fracture was shown Significant pain lost breath could not talk or use my chest or arm muscles Could not get up large bruise on arm where was stuck in chair [REDACTED] i am still having great pain cant lay flat cant use muscles related to chest arms etc cant reach stretch cannot take a deep breath Pain with cough movement ironically have had an abundance of hiccups which are very painfuli called PCP for f u and have an appt [REDACTED] [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] Not specified
