What happened
While passing a piece of X-Jamb through one of our table saws the employee noticed a bow in the piece. To try and compensate for the bow they were pinning the wood piece against the fence with their left hand. They continued to hold the piece passed the machine guard causing their left index finger to contact the rotating blade.
