EE finished facing up the parts between the aisle and was exiting the flue space. Upon exiting employee had to duck under the 5 S sign. Her hoodie got caught on the 5 S sign and it caused her to lose balance. She hit her left shin on the low brace bar and caused her to fall forward and hit her right knee and forehead on the ground.
