What happened
While employee was cleaning the production she stuck her hand in between the lines band and the roller so she could clean the roller. She was doing this while it was turned off but another employee then turned the production line on which caused the employees hand to be squished by the lines band and roller.
Injury or illness
Right hand contusion. Rag in the IW 's hand caught in the belt and roller during cleaning. Line unexpectedly started pulling the hand in.
