IW finished cleaning the production line she was heading down the stairs carrying a bucket containing cleaning rags (Approx. weight 7-10lbs) when she slipped and fell. She was able to catch herself using her left arm but she hit her lower back and waist and her left arm on the metal railing as she reached to hold herself up.
