Back and Hips; While preparing to begin the front office meeting in the conference room employee entered the room and sat down on a chair. She sat close to the edge of the chair it rolled away and she fell to the floor. Co workers assisted employee in getting up. Employee was asked if she was okay and whether she needed medical attention or an ice pack. At that time she did not request medical assistance.
