What happened
Right Facial Cheek injury; Employee stated that she was opening the upper cabinet that swings open to the right to get patches. As she opened it she accidentally hit herself on the corner of the cabinet on her cheek jaw and in doing so her earring flew off. 2 fellow co workers were witnesses to it. She walked over to PT Room and as doing so she felt dizzy and had an onset of a headache. She says her jaw hurts feels dizziness and a headache. Her significant other picked her up to take her to an ER.
