On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] I received a call from EE letting me know that why he was delivering account (90227) Alibi Room ([REDACTED]) for 14 cases and 13 bottles that he had slipped on a wet staircase EE had 5 cases on his hand truck when he fell EE said that he had gotten his tail bone good I asked EE how the traction was on his safety shoes and he said that they were brand new safety shoes he believes that the stair being wet and the angle he took to climb the stair with the 5 cases is what contributed to his fall
