Operating a forklift attempting to dump the dumpster into the trash compactor
What happened
EE was stuck a shovel end through the side small door on the trash compactor to press the bottom plate of the dumpster to get the dumpster to lean forward (on the forklift forks) and release the garbage into the trash compactor. When the dumpster fell forward to dispense the trash it hit the shovel and the shovel handle hit her on the head.
