What happened
Agent was taking a dog from the non-secured area to the secured where they have to exit out of SIDA door onto a concrete sidewalk in the bagwell. The sidewalk sits 6 above the driving surface in the bagwell. Recently BOI airport installed a small ramp to assist carts with the transition over that lip that extends out 15. Agent took a misstep from the curb not mentally noting the ramp and tripped.
