On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Wayfair associate working in Receiving doing hand stack put away reported a right shoulder injury due to lifting cartons while doing put away. The associate claimed the injury occurred the previous shift at about [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. The associate states that while working in the Receiving Department doing hand stack put away in aisle [REDACTED] as they were putting away boxes they heard and felt their shoulder pop. The associate came in to next shift and reported to their direct supervisor about the shoulder pain they occurred the [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. The associate reported pain in their right shoulder as it felt like they popped something out of place with a pain scale of 8 out of 10
