lifting a box from the picking racks

On [REDACTED] at approximately ([REDACTED]) a Full Time associate working in Bulk Picking reported an Incident due to over extending right arm lifting a carton from OP picking racks. The associate states that while attempting to lift a carton from the picking racks they felt a sharp pain in the right arm and an electrical shock from wrist to elbow. The associate was labor shared from shipping to bulk picking and was picking in the OP aisles or VNAs but does not recall exact location. Associate reported a pain scale of 10 while using the arm and a 5 while resting. During the investigation the site found that there were no external factors and improper lifting may have been the cause of the injury. There were no other root causes identified. After completing the initial report the associate called the nurses line and left for the night to receive medical treatment.
