On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Temp associate working in Large Parcel Returns reported an Injury while performing a team lift on a large item off the lift table.; The Associate’s Description of the Incident; The associate states that while working in Large Parcel Returns and while they were lifting an item with another associate that the item slipped from the other associate helping her. The large box ended up falling on the lower front leg. The Temp associate states that they felt a pain level of 4 when the incident happened. ;The Initial Investigation Findings and Details; During the investigation leadership found that the incident injury occurred while the associate was working processing an item and team-lifting it for inspection both of the associates picked the item and it slipped from the other associate’s hands. As a result the associate ended up with the box falling on her legs top of her foot
