On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] End Of Shift a Wayfair associate working in Small Parcel Returns suffered an injury while compacting trash by Dock [REDACTED] 185.;;The associate states that while working in Small Parcel Returns and while they were throwing gaylords of trash in the compactor by Dock [REDACTED] 185 that he put his foot down on the cardboard he slid and feel next to the compactor area. The associate ended up hitting his right knee and felt a pain of 6 at the moment of the injury. Associate did not report the injury when it happened since it was the end of the shift. ;;During the investigation leadership found that the associate was not aware of his surroundings while he stepped on the cardboard that caused him to slid and and trip into the metal door of the compactor hitting his right knee.
