EE was trying to stop the empty boxes that was going through the case packer not getting packed. He put his hand on the empty boxes to try to keep them from coming through and the case stop actuated and smashed his hand on the case stop and guide rail. EE turned off the conveyer but did not discharge energy before reaching into machine.
