Associate states that they were picking up a swivel chair and as they were they feel their knee buckle but they tried not to panic. Associate claims they were they take a step backward on their butt and the box fell on their feet with their left foot pointing down and their right turned outwards. They state that they back up to try and not get their feet from under the box and hit their head on a metal hook.
