On ([REDACTED]) at approximately ([REDACTED] ) a (Wayfair) associate working in (Returns Unload ) reported a (Injury) due to ( Associate claims they were helping pick up a box on the belt to unload and the box slipped and fell on his right foot big toe;;The associate states that while working (in Returns Small Parcel - in Unload at DD189) and while they were (unloading a trailer) they were helping pick up a box on the belt to unload and the box slipped and fell on his right foot big toe;); with a pain scale of 7 out of 10 (as stated by the associate).;;The Initial Investigation Findings and Details;;During the investigation the site found that the incident injury occurred (The associate is up to date on all safety training including pristine lift training and that the box was ) . Upon notification of the injury the associate accepted first aid. ;;After completing the initial report the associate was not able able to return to their process path.
