The flight attendant was working the B position and she was called up to guard.
What happened
The flight attendant was guarding and when the FO was taking their time in the front galley before heading back into the flight deck EE started filling a paper cup with hot water for a passenger that had asked for some black tea when they hit some moderate turbulence which the hot water spilt on her hand causing her to drop the cup and the hot water spilt on her hand and it didn 't help in her favor that she was wearing metal rings which carried the heat of the hot water.
