The team member was picking on an order picker. They then went to pick brake drums (130 lbs.). While picking the product they put there left foot on the pallet to put weight on the pallet he did this to keep it from tipping.

The team member put there left foot on the pallet to pull brake drums from the back to prevent it from tipping. The team members foot slipped from the pallet causing their upper left leg to feel a little numb.

The team member stated there left upper leg felt numb. I am not too sure if it was to to strain or twisting stepping incorrectly (they did not go into detail).
