bending down to arm the L1 door with girt bar
What happened
While bending over to insert girt bar after closing L1 door EE felt a small pinch in her lower back muscle. She did not think much of it although it as while it hurt it was not debilitating. As the evening progressed her back became more and more sore. She was able to complete her duties and occupy her jump seat. Upon arrival back in her base (ANC) she went to the medical clinic Primary Care Assoc.
