EE said that she had experienced two firm landings which could have contributed to her neck pains but the final contributor was when she was assisting a guest. The guest was a wheelchair guest and as she was assisting with the luggage it slipped out. EE went to grab it and that is when she felt an overextension of muscles in and around her neck area.
