Crossing under the Line 3 mat conveyor

A Front End employee was walking from the bathroom to assist a coworker at the [REDACTED] can return. While crossing under the [REDACTED] mat conveyor the employee struck their head against a drain pipe resulting in a head laceration. A nearby coworker immediately notified the supervisor via radio and a first aid responder provided initial care. However as the laceration was not superficial and the bleeding did not stop the supervisor transported the injured employee to the Emergency Room where they received 10 staples
