Agent called out [REDACTED] and related due to the incident that happened yesterday during his shift he is not able to attend work. He explained that he was trying to lift a really heavy bag to put it on the car and right when turned around to put the bag on the stack I heard like a crack in his back and felt a sharp pain. He talked with manager [REDACTED] right after the incident and [REDACTED] told agent to report it immediately and asked if he needs assistance. At the time agent said he thought the pain would go way and for this reason he did not report but he wakes up worse [REDACTED].
