What happened
Around [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] the employee was picking up excess pickles from the ground around the steel hopper bin they are dumped into. While bending down and moving to stand back up to place the excess pickles from the ground into the bin the employee hit the front part of their forehead on the sharp back edge of the bin. This in turn caused a laceration injury to their forehead.
