What happened
While installing fireblock the employee was nailing the blocking by holding his finger on the trigger and bumping the gun against studs to shoot. The gun slipped out of their grip. As the nail gun was in the process of flipping upside down while he supported the weight of the nailgun with his finger the gun bumped a stud and shot him in the stomach.
