Camera footage at [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] shows an employee was pushing a black seed bin. When they pushed it up on the ramp one of the wheels slipped off the ramp. They moved to catch it and they felt a twist in their left ankle. I gave them ice for their ankle. AMR was called and they were taken to the hospital. 801 was filled out and turned in.
