Walking looking for light fixture

Around [REDACTED] EE was looking for a light fixture to change out. EE went to the racking where the light fixtures were staged. As EE was looking up he didn’t see the pipe laying on the ground. EE then stated that he stepped on the pipe slipped and fell landing on his back. EE than stated after getting up he felt normal and proceeded to the electrical shop after went back to work and finished the task. EE stated that he spoke with the other electrician on shift and told him about the incident but felt ok after. I then asked EE did he report the incident to the immediate supervisor on shift EE responded No. Employee stated that he had an appointment set up for [REDACTED] @ [REDACTED].
