Employee was removing tooling rings from body maker 18 when a loose coolant hose popped off resulting in them losing grip of the ring and having it drop into the machine. Using his left arm the employee reached deep into the machine to retrieve the dropped ring. This resulted in body maker lubricant coming into contact with their left forearm
