What happened
Employee fell inside the proof boxes while walking into the boxes. While entering the proof boxes to retrieve the bread his right leg slipped and tried to correct their balance with their left leg. This resulted in overextending both legs and ended up in a spit position. Employee had difficulty walking with the left leg. Pain on the back of the leg. May have pulled their hamstring.
