picking up some 8 ' boards that had fallen between the yellow rack and the uprights on the right side of the rack

EE was straightening the boards after picking them up another employee actuated the uprights to help straighten the boards thinking that EE was clear of the uprights. EE 's left thumb was pinched between the uprights and the partial bundle causing lacerations to the thumb
