Employee was working on the CC roll change When installing the jack shaft on the drive side of the CC roll the mechanic was guiding the jack shaft into place when the comealong slipped off the rigging point resulting in the jack shaft falling on the employees hand pinning his hand under the jack shaft The other employee working with the individual quickly set the comealong back up to remove the jack shaft from the employees hand He was quickly taken to the nurse who cleaned the area and transported the employee to receive further treatment
