On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] the winder operator called the shift coordinator saying that the 4th hand employee was having trouble and was not sweating The EMR on the crew accessed the employee and suggested calling the mill nurse The nurse responded and treated the employee for cramps and dehydration till the decision was made to transport to local hospital because of cramping At [REDACTED] medical the employee was given IV fluids for dehydration and released to return to work
