What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED]; an employee was injured. Employee was working on the G line side of the 1-3 factory at [REDACTED]. While working the bank the employee stepped back tripped and fell over a mold cart that had been staged for an upcoming job change. Employee reported incident around [REDACTED] to the Lead who is also a first responder. After accessing the individual who reported having back pains the decision was made to have them go to urgent care for further evaluation.
