[REDACTED] was grabbing a plastic pallet for selection then threw it on his forks. The pallet then bounced off of his forks and hit his leg. [REDACTED] said he felt a little pain at the time so he thought it would be fine and continued to work. When he arrived at work on [REDACTED] he contacted a supervisor to tell them what happen stating the pain gradually got worse over the weekend and he needs to see a doctor.
