[REDACTED] was cutting a tacked on coupon off a PRB frame. He was using an electric grinder with a 5 cut off wheel. The 5 cut off wheel came into contact with the lip on the PRB frame grabbing and causing a kickback. The cut off wheel came into contact with his left index finger the wheel cut through the welding gloves he was wearing.
