Clamping wood to a board lining up wood to build a crate
What happened
Had a board clamped up to another board in order to build a crate. As employee shot the nail in to secure the boards together the corner of the board he was fixing to the other broke off which caused the nail to deflect into his hand which was holding the board over a foot away from where the nailing operation was occurring. His hand was in line of fire of the Nail Gun at the time.
