Before the incident
doing her boarding duties and was in the aisle closing O H bins getting ready for L1 door closure.
What happened
EE emailed the base after hours to let us know that she sustained an injury during her trip. She also filled out her injury report. She reached out to [REDACTED] to start the WC process and to get evaluated. After speaking with EE her injury started when she started to close bins. The pain got worse during her flight when she was performing her duties pushing and pulling the cart. Both shoulders had pain but it was worse on the R side.
